Specification Writing
Libby Hill Food Technical Services can complete specifications to pack copy stage, collating information on ingredients, raw materials, packaging and nutrition whilst ensuring the information meets current food labelling legislation and any retailer specific requirements.
I can also perform specification reviews on finished product specifications or to pack copy stage, to ensure your products are safe and legal for sale in your intended market. Whether it is for a reformulation project, new product development or just ad hoc specification changes, I provide a quick and efficient service.
Review of Artwork/
Finished Product Labels
Product artworks represent your brand so it is vital that they comply with labelling regulations to protect you and, most importantly, your customers. I can review your product artwork and highlight any changes that are required to comply with the relevant legislation, taking into account any specific brand guidelines and your own business preferences.
I also carry out a formulation/recipe reviews on your products, checking that ingredients are within allowable levels and the recipe doesn’t contain any banned ingredients. I will check that your products meet the compositional requirements of your intended market. I also offer the following services:
