I have a BSc Hons Food Science degree and over 15 years of experience within the food industry. My mission is to promote the best practice approach to compliance and specification work for the benefit of your brand consistency and customer relations on a ‘right first time’ basis.
I have a drive for accuracy and attention to detail, I can help your business with the creation of accurate food specifications and can check your artwork and finished product labels in a timely and cost-effective manner. I am qualified in Food Labelling and Legislation and HACCP for food manufacturing. I have excellent knowledge of food specifications and associated websites/software.
